Frequently asked questions

Should my child bring a lunch?

Full Day: Campers should bring a lunch and a water bottle with them each day. We provide simple, packaged snacks during the day, though you are welcome to send additional snacks. Campers are free to help themselves to a snack in the morning and one in the afternoon and are encouraged to hydrate throughout the day.

Half Day: Campers should bring a water bottle with them each day. We provide simple, packaged snacks during the day, though you are welcome to send additional snacks. Campers are free to help themselves to a snack in the morning and are encouraged to hydrate throughout the day, and will be ready to be picked up from camp in time for lunch.

What is the Camper to Counselor Ratio?

There will be 1 adult counselor for every 10-15 campers.

Do you have “After Camp” care?

(Full day only) If you are interested in 3:30-6pm “after camp” care, please contact us.

What is the cancellation policy?

Apex needs at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the first day of the scheduled camp week for a full refund.

Alternatively, in the case that an individual week does not meet its minimum threshold of campers to host a camp, Apex will notify you 3 weeks in advance to either change your camp dates or offer a full refund.
